No supplment has been studied as much as creatine. You by no means need it to be successful, but if your diet, nutrition, and training are on point and locked in, it can be a safe way to help you do 1 more rep or add 5 more pounds to the bar. You don't need it though! This is a 150 day supply. No loading phase needed, just take 2 capsules a day.
Instead of taking a ~$2 pre-workout, I just takes these at $0.03-0.04 a serving. I also don't drink coffee, so I can take one in the morning instead of coffee. There's lots of stuff in pre-workouts, but pretty much the only thing that does anything is caffeine. I like to save money with this!
